You must register to vote if you have not previously voted in the
Town of Algoma. You must register in person. You may do so in the clerks office during open hours
or on the day of an election at the polls.
1. You must turn 18 years of age on or before election day.
2. You must have been a resident of the town a minimum of 10 days prior to
election day. (If not, you are eligible to vote in your previous residence town or by
absentee ballot from that town/city/village.)
3. You must register in person, fill out a short form, and present one form of
identification bearing your Town of Algoma address. A drivers license is preferred,
but should that not show your new address, you may bring a utility bill or other mail
showing your name and new address. Your checkbook may also bear your new address.

Information
There are twelve wards and
eight County Supervisory districts in the Town of Algoma. For the voters and
for reporting purposes to the County, our wards are combined, except when voting
on information pertaining to schools. Most of the town is in the Oshkosh School
District, but there are a few voters that fall within the Omro School District
PLEASE NOTE: The State and
U.S. Districts are subject to change, to date district lines have not been
approved.
